Jeremy Rivera PE, LEED AP
Jeremy has over 25 years experience providing consulting services nationwide for contractors, owners, architects and government agencies, focusing on building commissioning and energy efficiency. He has focused his career in the energy and controls industry and has considerable experience in energy management system (EMS) design, evaluation, and implementation. Jeremy’s expertise includes energy studies and audits, code compliance, green buildings, and control systems.
Recently, Jeremy has provided commissioning services in the Durango, CO area for the Medical Office Building at Mercy Medical Center, the Nature’s Oasis food store, and the Durango Transit Center. He has consistently been hired by the Southern Ute Tribe as commissioning agent for their new facilities including the Sky Ute Casino Resort, the new Cultural Center & Museum, and a new Chapel and Multi-Purpose Building.
