Project Overview

The ASU Alameda Warehouse is a LEED Gold certified building located in Tempe Arizona. The building features a number of green design elements including upgraded roof insulation, LED lighting, and a high efficient HVAC system. It also incorporates a number of water conservation measures, such as low-flow plumbing fixtures and has no exterior water use.
