East Market is a 340,000 ft² multi-use facility sitting on a 4.3-acre site bound by Market, Chestnut, 11th and 12th streets located in the Center City business district in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Underneath the building is an 86,000 ft² parking garage that also spans below the future West Market phase. The project is being developed in multi-phases, the first phase consists of a 160,000 ft², two-story podium dedicated to retail space and a 17 story apartment tower consisting of 322 dwelling units. The project is LEED certified Silver by the USGBC.
