Energy Modeling

Energy modeling is robust design tool that provides a holistic view of a project’s energy consumption. The energy modeling process integrates design information from architect and MEP designers into a single whole-building simulation tool. Throughout the design process, the Energy Model is utilized to provide valuable feedback regarding the energy impacts of design decisions and alternatives. For example, Energy Model is able to provide feedback on how changes to the building lighting system will both the direct lighting energy consumption as well as the size and operation of the HVAC equipment.
