Project Overview

The 125,000 ft² hotel is nine stories, with eight of them being guest rooms. The first floor consists of lobby and bar space as well as hotel support functions, such as laundry and the central energy plant. The footprint of the first floor is significantly smaller than the upper floors in order to provide a covered drive-through valet service for hotel and casino guests. The casino podium is 92,300 ft² with two floors and a mezzanine. The gaming area is found predominately on the ground floor, with back-of-house offices to the north and in the mezzanine. Two restaurants comprise the eastern half of the podium.
