Project Overview
The Prescott College Campus Housing facility consists of three separate buildings that comprise housing and services for the students at Prescott College. There are a total of 82 dormrooms with a total area of approximately 30,600 square feet. Prescott College achieved the first ever LEED Platinum building in Yavapai County, AZ and one of few such higher education student housing facilities in the nation.
