Project Overview
The T-Mobile Arena, a 20,000-seat sports and entertainment venue is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The project is a 5 story building consisting of stadium seating, concourse areas, clubs and lounges, and support areas. The total area of the project is approximately 730,000 square feet. It is the first sports and entertainment facility in Las Vegas to achieve LEED certification. The privately-funded indoor arena will host the NHL expansion team, the Las Vegas Golden Knights, and is the home of the UFC.
