Project Overview
This office facility is a three-story building that includes office, conference rooms, and general support areas. This “urban-style ZEB” has overturned traditional concepts, and is a new concept of building that can provide a comfortable interior environment, while controlling the energy balance of the building to zero over the years. It was the first building in Japan to obtain the highest 5-star rank in the Building Energy-efficiency Labeling System (BELS).
